Responsible for grinding and sanding welded product. Previous metal work experience a bonus.

Essential Functions:

• Must have the ability to use a hand grinder and sander for extended periods.
• Must be able to stack parts correctly.
• Must be able to keep accurate counts.
• Must check parts to ensure accuracy prior to completion of order.
• Must be able to lift parts of varying weights onto work area.
• Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.
• Must be able to work well with minimal supervision.

Fabrication CNC Brake Operator – 2nd Shift

Full-time CNC Brake operator needed for second shift Fabrication department. Previous metal work experience a must. Brake Press experience a must.

Essential Functions:

• Must have the ability to set up and program multiple bends in material from .050″ to .250″ on a CNC Brake.
• Must be able to set dies, measure clearances and set CNC Brake to required tolerances to produce good parts.
• Must be able to lift parts of varying weights onto work area for the necessary forming or shearing operation.
• Must be able to read and form parts from blueprints and other instruction/planning information.
• Must have the ability to learn to set up and operate a variety of other metal working equipment, including punches, presses, shears, brakes and other CNC controlled equipment.
• Must be able to learn and understand safe operating procedures for all equipment used.
• Must be able to break out parts from large sheets of metal.
• Must be able to keep accurate counts.
• Must check parts to ensure accuracy prior to completion of order.
• Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.

Assembler – 1st Shift

Full-time assembly worker needed for first shift. Mechanical aptitude and prior assembly experience preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Must have ability to keep pace with a progressive assembly line.
• Must effectively use a variety of hand tools.
• Responsible for checking parts to verify accuracy and quality prior to assembly.
• Must be able to lift parts of varying weights onto work area.
• Must be able to recognize any omitted parts or procedures of assembly process.
• Must be aware of supply of necessary parts required for completion of order.
• Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.

• Duties include preparation for paint, including sanding, grinding, masking, and staging of components based on production need.
• Properly load and unload a hanging line based on production sequencing.
• Demonstrate willingness to work with others in a team environment.
• Must be efficient with the ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to lift up and above your head to 50 lbs
