How the Process Works:At Team Employment, our goal is to connect skilled and reliable individuals with job assignments that match their experience and abilities. By submitting an application, you provide important information about your work history, skills, and availability. Based on this information, we will do our best to match you with available assignments that meet your qualifications and preferences. To participate in this process, applicants must agree to the following terms and policies. By applying, you acknowledge and consent to these conditions as explained below.
Authorization for Background Checks:I authorize Team Employment to contact and collect information about me from references, previous employers, credit agencies, educational institutions, law enforcement, or other relevant sources. I also allow Team Employment to request background checks, including credit and criminal history. I release Team Employment, its employees, and other parties from any liability arising from these inquiries. This authorization is valid for the current and future requests.
Drug Screening:All assignments require pre-employment drug screening. Some assignments may require additional clinical testing prior to placement.
Rules of Conduct:I understand that I am responsible for my conduct while on assignment representing Team Employment. Misconduct is behavior that breaks the rules and expectations of my assignment or Team Employment. Misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the staffing pool. Examples include:
Assignments and Employment Status:Assignments are temporary and do not guarantee full-time employment with Team Employment or its clients unless stated otherwise. A client may request to end my assignment at any time without notice.
Eligibility for Assignments:If I am not currently on assignment or are in between assignments and wish to to be considered active and seeking opportunities, I must call or check in personally with Team Employment at least once per week. Failure to check in may result in being marked as inactive and could impact my eligibility for future assignments.
